Yes, all orthopedic implants and medical devices are manufactured under strict quality standards, conforming to international certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE.
What is the minimum order value? Do you offer free product samples?
Our standard minimum order value is US$500. However, we accept smaller sample orders initially for market testing and evaluation. While free samples can be provided for standard components, the cost of freight must be covered by the customer.
Can I purchase custom products similar to those in the catalog?
Yes, custom fabrications similar to our catalog items can be manufactured. Please provide product pictures, technical drawings, or physical samples. Note that customized orders may require a longer lead time for delivery.
What are the payment terms and stock availability?
We maintain stock for most listed products, which are produced on a monthly basis. Payment terms are 100% in advance for orders under USD 800. For orders over USD 800, we require 30% T/T in advance and the balance prior to shipment. We accept payment via L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
