Sizing Details
Structure Profile
1. 1.0 mradian radius
The length is consistent with the anatomy of the FEMORAL medullary cavity.
2. Screw-in-screw design
Improves fixation strength specifically for osteoporosis. The Blunt End Design of the locking screw significantly reduces the risk of excessive penetration.
Nail Specifications
3. Sizing & Specifications
Short nail: Diameter of 8.0 / 9.5mm, length of 160mm.
Long nail: Diameter of 7.0 / 8.5mm, length of 180-315mm (15mm interval).

Proximal fixation
Proximal fixation:
Multi-plane and Multi-locking screw fixation options provide multiple options for operation to achieve optimal stability. The screw-in-screw design further improves fixation strength for osteoporosis, with a blunt head design reducing excessive penetration risks and a countersinking design mitigating soft tissue irritation.
Distal fixation
Distal fixation:
Short screw offers two different plane holes for locking. Long screw includes three locking holes designed to avoid critical blood vessels, placed in the safe zone between the median and radial nerves. Two anterior and posterior locking holes simplify manual operation, minimizing distal fracture rotation and displacement.
Compression details
Compression:
Specialized design of compression holes increases stability in transverse or short oblique fractures. Features a self-sustaining compression mechanism that requires no static screw to maintain compression during surgery.
TFNA System
TFNA System TFNA:
Compared to standard options with a radian radius of 1.5m, the TFNA's distal location has a 1.0m radian radius in the center of the medullary cavity, doubling the placement ease and anatomical fit accuracy.
