Explore our core selection of precision-manufactured trauma, spine, joint, and surgical instrument portfolios, manufactured to meet strict ISO 13485 standards.
Osteora Medical Devices Co., Ltd. is a leading professional orthopedic implant and surgical solution manufacturer specializing in trauma, spine, and joint reconstruction systems. Under our global brand Osteora, we provide high-grade biological materials and implant systems optimized for modern spinal surgery protocols.
Founded in 2016, Osteora has built an impeccable global reputation through relentless research, innovation, and unwavering adherence to strict quality control standards. Operating from an integrated facility covering 18,500㎡, our site hosts complex manufacturing, advanced testing, and cleanroom assembly operations, allowing us to serve global medical distributors and healthcare networks with efficiency.
With over 8 years of export history and a core team boasting 12 years of clinical engineering experience, our annual export revenue ranges from USD 6 million to 14 million. We continue to support medical institutions across Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America, delivering reliable, certified orthopedic hardware.
Our biological spinal implants and instruments are produced under a robust management system aligned with ISO 13485. Control measures cover everything from raw material verification to final post-production testing.
Analyzing the clinical material transitions, surface modifications, and structural innovations shaping modern spinal arthrodesis.
Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) represents a clinical milestone due to its elastic modulus (3.6 GPa) closely matching human cortical bone. This physiological load sharing minimizes the risk of implant subsidence and prevents stress shielding. Its radiolucent nature allows surgeons to assess bone bridging, fusion progression, and bone graft integration clearly under CT and X-ray without metallic artifacts.
While PEEK is biologically inert, Osteora leads development in advanced surface modification. Our technical roadmap incorporates titanium-coated PEEK (Ti-PEEK) and porous PEEK structures. Through plasma spraying and chemical etching, we combine the structural benefits of PEEK with a micro-rough titanium interface, accelerating osteoblast adhesion and early mechanical anchorage.
Our engineering pipeline is exploring next-generation PEEK composites infused with Hydroxyapatite (HA) or carbon fibers to enhance osteoconduction. In addition, additive manufacturing (3D printing PEEK) allows for personalized cages with complex internal lattice shapes, tailored porosity, and customized anatomical geometry matching patient-specific endplate curves.
Inside Osteora's manufacturing line: documenting the flow of raw materials through processing, inspection, and packaging.
Addressing clinical demands for stability and biological integration across various surgical approaches.
Our PEEK cages are engineered to support major surgical pathways: PLIF (Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), TLIF (Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion), ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), and ACDF (Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion). Each implant features a spacious central window to accommodate bone graft materials, maximizing contact with endplates and encouraging robust bridging osteogenesis.
Pyramidal teeth and textured surfaces provide primary stability and help prevent migration.
Uses medical-grade PEEK with high chemical resistance and biocompatibility.
Embedded tantalum markers verify positioning and alignment under fluoroscopy.
Inside our facility: multi-axis CNC machines and analytical testing instruments utilized to maintain quality.
By integrating automated precision machinery, including Swiss-type lathes and HAAS CNC units, Osteora operates a resilient supply network. We collaborate with over 1,200 certified partners to maintain consistent access to high-quality raw materials and efficient production cycles.
Our in-house R&D team of 85 engineers works directly with our manufacturing floor to iterate prototypes quickly. This integration allows us to introduce advanced spinal cage designs to the market efficiently, helping distributors adapt to clinical demands.
